Meditation is a great way to get in touch with yourself. When the body is given the opportunity to rest, you can freely observe everything that happens inside, exactly as it is, and as it is experienced.
Meditating is meant to be uncomplicated and free of performance pressure.
It can be introduced as a journey of discovery, where all sensations, thoughts and feelings are invited. It does not have to be percceived as either balanced or quiet.
If your sensations are met, without analysis or judgment, unconditionally, space is created. In this space, access to new insight and energy opens up.
When you meditate, the sensations can change quality, be neutralized, still or continue to be in motion without you reacting particularly to it.
Meditation can also be an encounter with deep silence, as if you are resting in the space between wakefulness and sleep. Perhaps you experience colours, light, depth, space or cell contact. Or, perhaps a light or deep presence without any particular form.
Freedom lies in the fact that everything is okay and equally natural.
A friendly and open meeting with you is invited, just to see how it works for you.
A meditation can be led in many different ways, and my philosophy is that we keep it simple. The classes consist of both short and long meditations and calm meditative movements between the meditations.
Meditation lessons require no prior knowledge, age or special physical condition.
