How to live a conscious life, and retain the energy, presence and vitality in the hectic everyday life we live in. This has been my interest for as long as I can remember, and has led to many exciting experiences.
Jeg har Yogalærer-utdannelse med fordypning i Kundalini Yoga og Yoga som Terapi fra Asker Helse & Yogasenter, og har praktisert som yogalærer siden 2010. Jeg er godkjent og registrert yogalærer for terapeutisk yoga i NLH. I tillegg er jeg godkjent og registrert behandler i Kraniosakralterapi, med erfaring fra 2014.
Today, I run a small private yogastudio in Asker, offering both group and private courses of Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation and Craniosacral Therapy.

Today, my greatest interest is to create an expanded understanding of how we can reduce stress.
Stress is something that everyone can experience at times, but long-term stress can significantly reduce the quality of life and have negative consequences for the physical body, energy balance, and handling of one's own emotions and thoughts.
I want to convey how you can lead your attention into an encounter with yourself as peaceful consciousness. How you, as a peaceful consciousness, can freely meet and create greater space for all the aspects within you, just as they are.
