First of all, Yoga is naturally therapeutic.
YOGA consists of physical, mental and energetic exercises that seek to unite all the aspects that lead to being a living and well-functioning human being. By regularly practicing yoga, we can gain increased access to our own resources. The self-healing forces are stimulated and a deep and calm relaxation is achieved.

Mindfulness, or attentive presence, is essential. Plenty of time is given for calmness and presence during the exercises, and correspondingly plenty of time for relaxation between the exercises. We have a consistently meditative, safe and grounding approach to the physical, psychological, spiritual and energetic aspects of us.
The lessons are built up as a kriya, i.e. they are put together in a way that takes care of the whole person. Every part of you, physically, energetically, mentally and emotionally receives attention.
Great emphasis is placed on developing your awareness to improve the interaction between body, mind and spirit. You also get reminders about how you can keep your energy, health and balance in your everyday life, regardless of your personal challenges.

Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chakra Meditations, Qigong-inspired exercises, Neurogenic exercises, Psoas exercises, Connective tissue/Joints and Bioenergetic exercises.
Therapeutic yoga lessons are adapted to the wishes and needs of the group, and no prior knowledge, age or special physical form is required.

I små grupper utforsker vi yoga som en form for mindfulness gjennom rolige bevegelser, pustebevissthet og guidet avspenning.
Hver time er en myk påminnelse om å være tilstede – uten krav eller prestasjon, kun med et åpent nysgjerrig nærvær.
